Privacy Policy

The personal information collected by the Black Education Fund Foundation is intended solely for the purposes of scholarship applicant identification and awarding of scholarships.  Any personal information collected will not be used for any other purpose without the express consent of the applicant.  All application information provided by applicants will be kept for 60 days from the time of scholarship award for that application cycle and then will be deleted/destroyed.  On a reasonable best efforts basis the Black Education Fund Foundation will keep all information confidential, protected or otherwise exempt from disclosure. No waiver of confidence, privilege, protection or otherwise is made.
